We realize every organization is unique with special staffing requirements. We customize our recruitment approach with every request to meet those needs in a way that always permits you to feel comfortable with the interviewing/hiring process.

There is never a fee to place an order with Financial Staffers or to interview any of our candidates. We incur all the expenses of recruiting and screening candidates. For Temporary and Temp-to-Hire positions you only pay the agreed upon hourly bill rate for the contractors time once they start the assignment. In the instance of Direct Hire, you only pay our placement fee after the candidate has started employment. Financial Staffers works with you to minimize the risk during the hiring process. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.

Temporary Short-term or long-term temporary assignments at client companies.

Temp-to-Hire Start as a temporary and become a direct-hire employee of a client company.

Direct Hire Full-time or part-time direct-hire positions at client companies.

Our Competitive Bill Rate for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Covers the Following Expenses:
