Our client in Irving, TX is searching for an IT Software Development Supervisor on a contract to hire basis. Hourly Pay: $57.00
Project Timeline: (Feb 6th – Jan 2025)
Manage prefers a candidate in Iriving, TX area. But open to open to Remote candidates.
Seven developers will be reporting to the IT Software Development Supervisor.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To oversee the day-to-day activities of software developers or support teams; to oversee quality assurance reviews; to ensure project completion and user satisfaction; and to provide guidance and training to assigned team.

MANAGER’S NOTES:
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, query design in Oracle/SQL/HANA, and report development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects systems, including Universe design, implementation, customization, and system architecture, as well as knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Experience leading a team of intermediate or senior development resources to provide successful project delivery and an efficient and effective operating environment. 
• Experience working with various SDLC methodologies and cross-functional teams (Application Owners; Architects; Developers; Business Leadership; Business Analysts).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.  
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.

Education & Licensing Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred.

Experience:
Five (5) years of Senior Software Development experience AND
Three (3) years of specialized programming relative to program needs.
